Healthy vegan snacks for summer from Whole Foods.

Stock up on healthy fat with unsalted nuts.  The cashews and almonds shown here are also raw and unroasted preserving all the nutrients.  Great protein and fiber and they travel well.  What I like about the nuts from Whole Foods is that they are always fresh, unlike other markets were they sit on the shelf too long.
